Cebu City – FundLife International and Generation Amazing, in partnership with Giuseppe FC and Gerry’s Grill welcomed over 300 players from community teams at the 2-day Generation Amazing Cup in Cebu!

Held at the Campo Giuseppe FC, Banilad, Cebu City on 04-05 August 2018, 15 football clubs (including KNF United FC, Giuseppe FC, and Guardian Striker) came to play and compete in the different categories of the tournament.
Parents, friends, and football fans came to cheer the kids on as grit, teamwork, and skills dominated the level-playing field.
After the intense weekend fun and activities of the tournament, the following teams emerged as champions in their respective categories:
FFLA Coach Reuben and Generation Amazing Ambassadors Jhean and JP facilitated workshops and warm up sessions with some of the participating teams. The GAYA ambassadors also shared their experiences as coaches and introduced the role of Generation Amazing in FFLA activities in Cebu.
The Generation Amazing Cup marked the official soft-launch of the FFLA programme in Cebu, together with Generation Amazing and in partnership with Giuseppe FC. The programme will replicate the model established in Tacloban City to bring Football for Education and Social Development to the under-served youth of Cebu and those living in marginalized communities.
