FundLife and Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) have renewed their partnership to expand learning, skills development, and leadership opportunities for students at the EVSU Dulag Campus.

The partnership was formalized through an MOA/MOU Signing Ceremony on August 19, 2026, at the EVSU Graduate School Function Hall as part of the university’s 22nd Founding Anniversary. The renewed collaboration will run from 2026 to 2028 and aims to reach more than  50 learners.

The agreement builds on FundLife and EVSU’s previous collaboration through the Tech2Thrive project, engaging  25 Bachelor of Science in Information Technology students in digital skills development and mentorships from professionals in the technology sector. Building on this foundation, FundLife and EVSU will engage learners through futsal and learning activities, leadership development, digital literacy, and livelihood and financial skills training.

These opportunities are designed to support students beyond the classroom by strengthening practical skills, confidence, and connections that can help them navigate future academic, professional, and leadership pathways.

“Renewing the partnership with FundLife contributes to the holistic development of our students. Beyond supporting them academically, it creates opportunities that help develop them mentally, physically, and psychologically through activities that complement their studies. These experiences add to their overall development, and that is where I see the partnership making a difference for students here at EVSU Dulag,” shared Vanessa Catindoy, Teacher Focal, EVSU Dulag.

By bringing together the university’s connection with its students and FundLife’s youth development programmes, the renewed partnership creates a platform for more young people to access learning experiences that complement their academic journey.

For FundLife and EVSU, the next phase of the partnership is not only about reaching more students, but creating meaningful opportunities for them to learn, participate, build confidence, and prepare for the pathways they choose to pursue beyond university.
